Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDM Advisor to join our team in a senior consultant role. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients and internal teams to provide comprehensive health and safety and construction management advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on health and safety risk management to clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Manage the pre-construction phase, including the preparation of pre-construction information and design risk assessments.
  • Work on a diverse range of projects, from small-scale residential developments to large commercial ventures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement health and safety strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in health and safety and construction management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
