The Commercial Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and enhancing existing relationships. This individual will collaborate with the Commercial team and the Branch team to deliver cutting-edge security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering customized security solutions.
  2. Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and support transformation opportunities.
  3. Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
  4. Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge security solutions and drive business growth.

Required Experience & Skills:

  2. P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting expertise

  4. Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options
  5. Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
  6. Expertise in project costings and managing margins
  7. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  8. Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving
