The Commercial Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and enhancing existing relationships. This individual will collaborate with the Commercial team and the Branch team to deliver cutting-edge security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering customized security solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and support transformation opportunities.
- Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
- Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge security solutions and drive business growth.

- Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
- Expertise in project costings and managing margins
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving
