The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Procurement and operational teams to provide efficient procurement services and support contract management across various categories, including indirect, hard, and soft facilities management areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the shared mailbox by responding to or escalating items timely.
  • Handling day-to-day procurement queries and requests according to internal and public procurement regulations.
  • Assisting in setting up supplier meetings, including contract management sessions.
  • Overseeing user access for online portals, such as the eTendering Portal.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new suppliers in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier records/documentation.
  • Liaising with the accounts payable team to load vendor records correctly.
  • Conducting due diligence checks on new suppliers and performing supplier reviews as needed.
  • E nsuring stakeholders complete assessments for new suppliers.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, based on national standards and industry benchmarks.
