Facilities Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team at Synergi Search & Select Ltd. As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on all aspects of building maintenance within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out planned maintenance on all building services, including electrical, HVAC, and fire alarm systems.
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install and test electrical supplies to plant and equipment.
  4. Perform general building maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements.
  5. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of building systems and services.

Requirements

  1. Relevant qualifications and experience in facilities management or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
  4. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
