About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at St Neots Neurological Centre. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and further develop the neurological care pathway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement specialist psychological treatment plans for service users with complex needs.
  • Lead and oversee the transdisciplinary team, providing supervision and training to ensure they understand the concepts and principles underpinning the framework.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration and Chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
  • Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis.
  • Experience of working in a neurological or mental health setting, with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
