**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Townsend Manor Care Home in Soham.

**About the Role:** As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing care plans, monitoring medication records, and providing professional support to senior staff and team leaders. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that all induction and mandatory training is completed.

**Requirements:** You will be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with at least 2 years of experience in nursing. You should possess a strong desire to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents.
