About the Role

As a Holiday Home Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our park General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales processes, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured annual and quarterly sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor sales advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the holiday home industry and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the park General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to report sales progress and metrics
