About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join their team in Dartford. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will work within a busy, highly rated mortgage brokerage, providing mortgage advice to new build purchasers. You will receive a good volume of quality leads from new build property developers and will be responsible for guiding the buyer through the mortgage advice process, building a good rapport to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage advice to new build purchasers
- Work with new build property developers to promote the business to potential buyers
- Guide buyers through the mortgage advice process and build strong relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with a minimum of £10,000 business per month
Requirements
- Hold full CeMAP or equivalent
- Have good experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Experience of working with new build mortgages is beneficial
Benefits
- Salary of £30,000 plus a tiered bonus structure with an OTE of £42,000 - £46,000
- Working hours of 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
- One weekend in four, with two days off in lieu provided
- Hybrid working considered
