Nursery Room Leader Position

Job Summary:
Nurse Seekers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our young children.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursery team, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and Manager to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
- Room Management: Maintain a high level of awareness of the nursery room at all times, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents, ensuring effective communication and a positive atmosphere.
- Assessment and Progress: Understand the importance of assessment and ensure all children receive the required statutory progress checks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning journeys, sharing this information with parents, carers, and other professionals.
- Professional Development: Participate in out-of-working-hours activities, such as training, staff meetings, and other professional development opportunities.
