Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections on various sites across the North West region, ensuring compliance with HSG 264 guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites
* Re-inspection surveys upon completion of work
* ACM sampling, bagging safely, and labelling correctly
* Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines
* Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings

**Requirements:**

* BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification
* Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well independently and as a team
* Experienced in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems
