About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Warrington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of production processes
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software
