Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HGV 2 HIAB driver to join our team at CDH Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a valid HIAB licence with brick grab and extensive experience driving a 26 Tonne vehicle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently to customer sites and other locations as required.
  • Perform deliveries and collections, ensuring that all equipment is loaded and unloaded in a safe manner.
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Check paperwork to ensure delivery/collection loads are correct.
  • Ensure that all equipment on the vehicle is accounted for and visually inspect equipment being loaded and unloaded.
Requirements
  • Holds a full clean driving licence valid in the UK, with no more than 6 points on Licence.
  • Holds a HGV Driving Licence.
  • Holds a CPC Licence.
  • Holds a HIAB Licence with hook and brick grab.
  • Holds a DigiTacho Card.
  • Must have experience driving a 26 Tonne vehicle.
  • Good personal presentation and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
Working Hours
  • Mondays to Fridays.
  • Hours between 6am to 6pm.
