Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment is working with a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy to find an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on commercial sites throughout Wales, the Midlands, and occasionally further afield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify asbestos-containing materials and assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • BHOS P402 qualification (additional qualifications are welcome).
  • Between 1 and 4 years of experience, which will determine the salary range.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Teams.

Benefits:

  • £800 - £1,000 bonus every 6 months (dependent on performance).
  • Every other Friday off (bi-weekly).
  • 9% Pension Scheme.
