Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the store, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a retail or similar environment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £14.28 per hour, rising to £15.41 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills. Our benefits package includes 16 guaranteed hours of work per week, with opportunities for additional hours, and a comprehensive training program to support your career development.
