Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with effective financial management during the pre-commencement stage to reduce risk and increase target contribution.
  • Undertake financial management and accurate reportage in accordance with company procedures.
  • Carry out key commercial tasks such as bonus payments, subcontract procurement and management, site measurement, internal and external valuations, and management of change orders.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure the efficient delivery of each scheme.
