Patient Care Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at RSE Renal Treatment Centers - Southeast, LP. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Patient Care: Provide one-on-one patient care to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
- Operate hemodialysis machines and ensure proper setup and maintenance.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
- Ability to lift, push, or move patients and equipment, as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
