Willcox Matthews Ltd is seeking an experienced Toolroom Specialist to join our team in Sutton Coldfield.

As a Toolroom Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety in the toolroom. You will also manufacture new tooling to engineering drawings in line with timing plans, carry out proactive maintenance on milling machines, and liaise with toolmakers, CAD/CAM programmers, and designers.

The successful candidate will have a Time Served Toolmaking Apprenticeship, 5 years' experience in CNC Milling setting, operating, and programming, and understanding of technical drawings. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

The salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per year.
