Job Description

We are seeking exceptional Sales Assistants to join our team, who will contribute to our growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be driven, proven, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a sincere and warm welcome, ensuring they are aware of your assistance.
  • Ask open questions to understand customers' needs and preferences.
  • Recommend, select, and locate merchandise that meets customers' needs.
  • Provide information about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a customer-friendly environment at all times.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Educate and guide customers about Frasers Group, its brands, and products.
  • Offer alternatives and add-on sales as necessary.
  • Ensure store standards are met and the store is prepared for the next trading day.
  • Comply with all Frasers Group policies and procedures.
