The Role:

We're seeking an Electronics Systems Leader to lead the planning and execution of complex electronic projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the design and development process for high-stakes electronic subsystems.
  • Actively manage project phases from inception to production, including risk, stakeholder, compliance, and configuration management.
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor project progress and performance.

Requirements:

We're looking for an experienced Electronics Systems Leader with:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in best practices, including Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management.
  • Proven Delivery Success: Experience managing significant projects or programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Engineering Background: A foundation in engineering development, ideally with experience in complex systems or electronic units.
  • Influential Communication Skills: Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer:

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Stevenage.

Period: 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
