We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-standard Paediatric emergency services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a key member of our Emergency Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for infants, children and young people who attend the Emergency Department. You will work closely with the ED/Paediatric team, Clinical teams, Matrons, Practice Development Team (PDT) and the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Paediatric nursing, with experience working in emergency departments or acute medical admission areas. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a demanding and busy environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of £1,000. Our generous annual leave entitlement starts at 27 days, increasing to 29 days after five years of service and 33 days after 10 years of service, in addition to national Bank Holidays. We also offer flexible working opportunities, enhanced hourly rates for unsociable hours, and opportunities for career development and training.
