Role Overview

The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College is seeking a skilled Cover Supervisor to support the academic success of our students. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring student engagement and behavior, and providing support to teachers during their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure student safety and well-being during lessons
  • Supervise student behavior and maintain a calm and respectful learning environment
  • Provide support to teachers during their absence, including administering lessons and maintaining student records
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth learning process
