About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Consultant Liaison to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales progression and property valuations, with a comprehensive understanding of legislation relevant to residential sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with property sales and client negotiations, ensuring seamless communication and successful transaction outcomes.
  • Conduct property valuations and manage sales progression, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Secure financial service appointments and conveyancing instructions, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential sales or an estate agency, with a strong understanding of local markets and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
