Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

We are Wright Engineering, a leading steel fabricator with over 25 years of experience. Our services include design engineering, fabrication, supply, and installation of structural steelwork, plant, and buildings as well as bespoke fabrication projects.

We pride ourselves in fabricating conveyors, crushers, and structural work for UK quarries and across Europe. Due to our growth, we are seeking a skilled Finance Controller to oversee our financial activities and drive the financial health of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accruals, prepayments, P&L reconciliations
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Provide management, leadership, and guidance to the finance team

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial services or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounts payable, financial accounting, and financial planning
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Salary: £41,000 - £46,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
