We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Management Accounts Team, you will work closely with colleagues in Research and Development and the Finance Business Partner to ensure key financial objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and timely financial support to budget managers, challenging them to achieve financial targets and promoting a culture of strong financial stewardship within the Trust.
  • Contribute to developing a culture of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in all aspects of the Trust's business.
  • Work across multiple divisions to support technical elements of financial processes and take responsibility for trust-wide elements of the work programme.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in a similar role preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
