We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Glassmoon Services, where you will be part of someone's incredible story. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young individuals achieve their desired outcomes, develop meaningful connections within their community, and acquire the skills they need to become as independent as possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support for individuals with complex needs and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will work alongside a group of dedicated individuals who care deeply about their work, the people they support, and their colleagues.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, engaging with the People We Support in activities that promote their interests, and contributing to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the local community.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in providing support for individuals with complex needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
