Education Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Maths and English Tutor to fill the role of Educational Support Specialist. In this position, you will provide 1:1 tailored lessons to support and re-engage pupils in their learning. Your primary objective will be to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, providing structure to their daily routine and continuing their educational development.

About the Opportunity
You will work closely with pupils to identify areas of strength and weakness, developing individualised plans to address specific needs and promote academic success. The successful candidate will have experience in teaching Maths and English to students of various ages and abilities, and will possess a patient and compassionate approach to supporting pupils with special educational needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Maths and English to students of various ages and abilities
  • Support pupils with special educational needs using a patient and compassionate approach
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet pupils' specific needs

Compensation Package
The salary for this role is £48,750 per annum (dependent on experience)
