Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Location: Salford, M30

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school based in Salford. The incoming Teaching Assistant will be working in small class groups in KS3 with a variety of Special Educational Needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupil engagement with the curriculum, with special attention to behaviour.
  • Manage disruptions and follow school-wide policies and schemes, alongside individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in some capacity.
  • Ability to work closely with pupils with SEN, making a real difference.

What We Offer:

  • £83.85+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees) paid weekly.
  • Full-time role Monday-Friday paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.
  • Great opportunities thereafter through Teaching Personnel.
