We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Cobb & Jones Recruitment Limited. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including management accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close and quarterly reviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or part-qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an accounting department within an established company using an ERP system.
