- Maintenance and Facilities Team Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and facilities team to manage sitewide systems and procedures, including fire alarm testing and emergency response.
- Customer and Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with customers and stakeholders via meetings and Maximo, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Specialized Equipment Operation: Operate specialized equipment, including Thermotron/Sharetree environmental chambers, G&W/LDS vibration systems, Laselec wire markers, ovens containing Eurotherm controllers, and chart recorders.
- Electrical Installation Apprenticeship: Hold an electrical installation apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Wiring Regulations: Be familiar with BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Industrial Experience: Possess strong experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment/facility.
- Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures: Be familiar with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
- Electrical Safety Experience: Have experience in electrical safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a desire for personal continuous improvement.
- Interpersonal and Teamworking Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
- PLC Systems Knowledge: Have good knowledge of PLC systems within an industrial environment.
- Machinery Safety Legislation: Be familiar with Machinery Safety Legislation, including PUWER.
- Confined Space Training: Hold confined space training.
- HV Substation Awareness: Have HV Substation Awareness training.
- IPAF: Possess IPAF certification.
- Computer Skills: Have strong computer skills.
- Electrical Authorised Person: Be an Electrical Authorised Person.
- Optical Fibre/Data Testing: Have experience with optical fibre/data testing and installation.
- Maximo CMMS: Have working knowledge of Maximo CMMS.
- 2391 Electrical Test and Inspection: Hold 2391 Electrical Test and Inspection certification.
- First Aid: Possess First Aid certification.
