We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and provide leadership and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.
About the Role:- Lead the finance function, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure compliance with legal accounting rules and regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, such as payment processing, client billing, and financial reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day cash management operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the team, partners, and fee earners to provide support and guidance on accounting and finance matters.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and a strong work ethic.
- Experience as a Legal Cashier or a high level of bookkeeping experience with eagerness to gain experience within the legal sector.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Professional certification or qualification in finance or accounting is highly desired.
