This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £32k-£36k per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing MEP systems and developing complex models using Revit.

Job Description:

As a Permanent BIM Technician Role, you will work closely with our M&E team to assist in the design of MEP systems, creating detailed drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4.

  • Create detailed MEP drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with engineers and external design team members to create clash-free models.
  • Develop your skills in Revit, creating complex models that meet project requirements.
