ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Gen AI platform team in developing and maintaining cloud-native platforms specifically designed for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) development. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a team of experienced software engineers in developing and maintaining cloud-native platforms for Gen AI and LLM development.
  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure, DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps, and reusable software components, frameworks, SDKs, microservices, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI/ LLM based development.
  • Experience in building conversational agent-based UX and SDKs and libraries used by other developers.
  • Proficiency in working with key LLM models APIs (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI/ OpenAI) and LLM Frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Expertise in building enterprise grade, secure data ingestion pipelines for unstructured data – including indexing, search, and advance retrieval patterns.
  • Knowledge and Experience in building knowledge graphs in production.
  • Experience with RAG concepts and fundamentals (VectorDBs, AWS OpenSearch, semantic search, etc.), Expertise in implementing RAG systems that combine knowledge bases with Generative AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS (and equivalent) and all associated GenAI libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
