We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead our day-to-day project activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

In this key role, you'll drive project setup, programming, and procurement strategies, while leading a skilled team to coordinate subcontractors and maintain strict safety standards.

As a Construction Project Director, you'll support the Project Director as needed and play a vital role in delivering project strategy and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead daily project operations, monitor critical paths, and align build programs with overall objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control, cost management, and subcontractor performance to maintain the highest standards.
  • Safety Leadership: Foster a safe work environment, conduct regular safety audits, and address issues proactively.
  • Team Development: Mentor and lead the project team, promoting continuous improvement and strong collaboration.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

NVQ Level 7 in Construction or a Construction Degree/MSc in Construction Management/Project Management.

Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, health and safety standards, and JCT contracts.

Demonstrable experience within one or more of the various construction sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Demonstrable experience in leading multiple packages of significant value across various elements of the build process (Civils, Internal, External, Façade, M&E).

Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team and manage multiple work streams.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus, a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and private healthcare.
