Assistant Bookkeeper Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the Purchase Ledger, including checking supplier invoices and processing payments
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing reports
  • Collating receipts for NatWest statements and processing credit card transactions

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and an accounting system such as SAP Business One or Sage 200. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
