We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fostering Partnership Specialist to join our team at National Fostering Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our foster carers and the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective people projects to promote a positive workplace culture and foster carer engagement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate case management while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze labour metrics, including turnover and absence, to inform data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, employees, and external partners to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Travel regularly across the UK to support the needs of our foster carers and the children in our care.
National Fostering Group is the largest independent children's fostering group in the UK, with a community of over 3,000 foster carers and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care for children and young people. We work closely with Local Authorities to deliver exceptional services and support to our foster carers and the children in our care.
