We are seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties, working independently across various sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed time frames and in line with HSG 264/HSG 248 guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
* Performing 4-stage clearances
* Carrying out audits on site
* Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work
* Producing detailed reports using industry-recognized qualifications
* Sampling, bagging, and labeling of suspected ACMs prior to sending to the laboratory for analysis
* Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264/HSG 248 guidelines

**Requirements:**

* Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404, or RSPH equivalent qualifications
* Experience working as a surveyor/analyst for an established UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy
* Ability to work in line with agreed timeframes
