Care Home Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled Care Home Training Manager to join our team at HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd. This is a permanent role that involves delivering training in care homes, nursing homes, or health and social care environments.
The successful candidate will have experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, based on a £35,000 salary and £5,000 car allowance, along with excellent benefits, including contributory pension and healthcare scheme, internal benefits, 25x days annual leave plus 8x bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in learning and development, such as PTTLS, and be willing to work towards additional qualifications.
The role involves travelling to various sites across the region, with all mileage and overnight stays paid for. The client supplies the necessary paraphernalia, laptop, and phone.
This role may suit someone who has been a Training Manager, L&D Manager, Learning Advisor, People Development Officer, People Development Manager, Care Home Trainer, Care Home Training Officer, or Training Facilitator.
