Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Policies: Create and maintain a robust health and safety policy and procedure plan to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits: Lead the management of risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
- Lead Safety Management and Monitoring: Oversee the management of safety systems and risk management platforms, ensuring they are effective and aligned with company objectives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reporting dashboards to display trends in safety and compliance, and ensure that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
