Deputy Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our leadership team at Muddy Boots Nurseries. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare and support to our children.
As a Deputy Room Leader, you will be responsible for supporting our Room Leaders in providing high-quality care and support to our children. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement engaging play experiences that meet the individual needs of our children.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about childcare and has a strong commitment to providing outstanding care and support to our children. You will be a creative and innovative thinker, able to develop and implement new ideas and approaches to childcare.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Room Leaders in the delivery of high-quality care and support to our children
- Developing and implementing engaging play experiences that meet the individual needs of our children
- Working closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
