Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing team. The successful candidate will support conveyancing fee earners in all aspects of their caseload, with a view to becoming qualified in the longer term, under careful supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting conveyancing fee earners with a view to becoming qualified in the longer term
* Taking instructions from clients and preparing detailed attendance notes
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting title documentation
* Initiating and reviewing searches
* Dealing with pre-contract enquiries
* Drafting of documents, letters, and reports
* Preparing and updating completion statements
* Processing exchange of contracts and post completion documentation
* Preparing and submitting SDLT forms

Requirements:

* A law degree
* Previous experience in supporting a residential conveyancing team
