Education Support Specialist

beBee Professionals is seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team in Guildford, United Kingdom. The role involves providing support to students and teachers in a classroom setting, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their work.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress, supporting students with their learning and adapting to different classroom environments.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential, with strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work on short notice, with a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
