KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement daily menus that showcase local produce and cater to the community's tastes.
  • Build strong relationships with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes, profitability, and consistency.
  • Develop a team of skilled chefs, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
