Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 5-6 warehouse staff, planning and organizing daily tasks and activities.
  2. Oversee quality control, shift reports, stock control, and shift handovers to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity.

With a solid background in warehouse operations and previous supervisory experience, you will thrive in this role. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £32,200 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience.
  • Overtime pay: 1.33x for weekday overtime, 1.5x for the first 8 hours of weekend work, and 2x for additional weekend overtime.
  • Generous annual leave: 240 hours per year, including 2 company shutdowns, with approximately 100 hours left for personal use.
