Medical Records Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Pathway Support Clerk. This role is essential in providing safe care to our patients by ensuring that medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain patient health records, ensuring that notes are prepared and available for Outpatient clinics.
- Input data and manage appointments on the electronic patient administration system.
- Make, change, or cancel appointments on the phone in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grade D or above or NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration.
- Previous experience of working as a team.
