About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead your team to ensure a high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your team to drive revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training to provide excellent service and promote our products.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.
