About the Role

Plexus is seeking an experienced Electric Wiring Technician/Wireman/Woman to join our growing team at our Livingston site. As an Electric Wiring Technician, you will play a crucial role in building highly complex products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production test equipment to ensure high-quality products
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective products to minimize downtime
  • Maintain test equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor test performance and yield information to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes
Requirements
  • Previous wiring experience on complex systems
  • Ability to define best processes and advise on tools and equipment required
  • Ability to understand and read Blueprints, Engineering Drawings, and Wiring schematics
  • Previous experience and/or ability to coach, mentor, and train other members of the manufacturing team
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
