Are you an administrative expert looking for a challenging role in wildlife conservation? We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Officer to join our team at The Wildlife Trusts. As a key member of our staff, you will provide top-notch administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and helping us achieve our mission to protect wildlife and promote conservation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an executive support officer or in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. This full-time position (35 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of £25,000 and flexible working from home arrangement available on Mondays and Fridays.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, including managing diaries, calendars, and schedules, preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
