The Quality Lead / Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of all Quality activities and objectives of the 3t UK Training Business. This includes developing, leading, training, and implementing quality and standardization programs across all UK sites to ensure compliance with awarding body standards and best practice.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the quality internal and external audit process for all certification / awarding bodies, suppliers, and customers across all UK sites, systems, course, and supplier audits. The Quality Lead / Manager will also be responsible for implementing and managing ISO 9001 requirements across all UK training business sites.

Other key responsibilities include developing and maintaining an annual audit schedule for all quality activities, completing internal quality audits, audit reports, and ensuring the correct reporting and actioning of any findings for all site, systems, course, and supplier audits. The Quality Lead / Manager will work with operational managers and leads to ensure all standards are followed and appropriate training has been provided to enable implementation.

The Quality Lead / Manager will also be responsible for all appropriate management of all feedback, complaints, and non-conformances. This includes reviewing and updating the monthly legal register via the Compliance people system, leading on all awarding body bi-annual management reviews, and leading on all quality / awarding body activities across the UK joint ventures.

Additionally, the Quality Lead / Manager will conduct a monthly walk-around of all sites areas, reporting any potential issues promptly via a weekly email to the Compliance Manager and local General Manager. The Quality Lead / Manager will also manage new course approvals and course development process from initial application to implementation, provide guidance and support to aid root cause analysis, and have experience in a quality role.

The role will have a national remit with anticipated up to 40% travel across Training business sites.
