Join us at Barrington James as a Market Access Consultant and play a key role in helping healthcare companies demonstrate the value of their products and services. In this role, you will develop and communicate evidence that supports pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to build and manage relationships, lead projects, and guide junior team members.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in life sciences, health economics, or public health (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in market access, health economics, healthcare policy, or evidence evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong project leadership abilities and a strategic mindset.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as performance-based rewards, health insurance, pension, gym membership, and opportunities for professional development.
