Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ethero. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering complex projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the AME team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Manage multiple suppliers of tooling and capital, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Sign off new equipment, including management of run rates and capability studies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HNC level or significant experience in a relevant role in first-tier automotive.
  • Knowledge of AIAG & VDA 7-step structure for PFMEAs.
  • Experience in fast-paced just-in-time or just-in-sequence environments.
  • Exposure to manufacturing lines reliant on IT software.
  • Experience of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing processes.
  • AutoCAD experience is advantageous.
